The Divan saddle is the result of nearly eight years of experimentation with leather and foam.
Our first attempts in 2018, while visually imperfect, revealed the unmatched performance of natural leather.

Since then, we’ve learned what is a proper material, how to shape and integrate leather with modern materials.
The goal was simple yet ambitious: to create a leather saddle that feels alive. The saddle which is supportive, forgiving, and uniquely adaptive to every rider, balancing low friction between rider and saddle with enough cushioning for comfort.

New carbon shell:
Specifically designed for natural leather padding. It ensures that only the leather contacts your bibs, eliminating any rubbing from carbon edges. The smaller shell saves a few grams while maintaining the stiffness and reliability of our previous saddle models

Premium kangaroo leather:
Sourced from Maryam (Italy), custom-tanned and dyed through for depth and durability. Kangaroo leather is the strongest natural leather in the world. It is exceptionally thin, lightweight, and incredibly resistant to wear and tear

Dual-density CNC-machined foam:
Originally developed for medical applications, it features two layers: a softer top that molds to the rider and a firmer bottom providing support over bumps. Together they deliver a unique “suspended” sensation, soft where it should be, firm when it matters. We belive that this foam could bring the same comfort level as 3d printed pad.

Handcrafted assembly:
Each saddle is manually built using around 80 nails and a special shaping tool to form the leather precisely over the foam and carbon shell. The process involves stretching, stitching, and shaping entirely by hand. Hours of meticulous craftsmanship go into every single piece, making each saddle truly unique.
