- Our carbon bicycle components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- It applies to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
2. Warranty Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic damage.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation is not covered.
- Modifications or alterations made to the components without our authorization will void the warranty.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by incompatible parts or improper assembly.
3. Warranty Claim Process:
- In the event of a warranty claim, please contact your seller or write an email to info@bjorncycles.com if you purchased directly from us.
- Provide proof of purchase, including the date and place of purchase.
- Our team will assess the claim and determine whether it falls within the warranty coverage.
- If approved, we will repair or replace the defective component at our discretion.
4. Limitations of Liability:
- Our liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective component.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.
